Simple & Transparent Returns

Unopened products can be returned with prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it right away with photo confirmation.

Striptide is committed to delivering high-quality research-use materials and ensuring a reliable customer experience.

Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products that meet the following criteria:

  • Product remains in its original, sealed condition
  • Return request is submitted and approved in advance
  • Product is returned within 7-14 days of delivery.

3. Return Authorization Required

Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Authorization (RA).

To request an RA, contact:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Striptide is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after approval

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Items not in original condition

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the product immediately at no additional cost.

To initiate a replacement:

  • Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging
  • Include your order number in the request

Once verified, a replacement will be processed promptly.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in original sealed condition
  • Returns requested outside the allowable return window
